- A weekly update of local job vacancies
- Help with application forms and interviews
- Advice about benefits for those who find work(Tax Credits, Housing benefit etc.)
- Advice about courses and training programmes
- High quality CVs
- Advice about Permitted Work*
- Advice about specialist services available to those with disabilities
* Permitted Work allows Incapacity Benefit claimants to work for up to 16 hours per week and keep their Incapacity Benefit
